Website Terms of Use
Version 1.2026 · Last updated 13 August 2026
1. Who these terms are with
This website is operated by BROKTRADING LTD, a private limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 342927, with registered office at Orfeos Street 2B, Office 201, 1070 Nicosia, Cyprus, VAT number CY10342927L, trading as BrokLicense. BrokLicense is a brand, not a separate legal person.
By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site describes corporate formation and regulatory advisory services: forming companies, preparing and submitting licence applications, arranging the acquisition of licensed entities, and supporting ongoing compliance.
Nothing on this site is an offer. Descriptions of jurisdictions, licence categories, capital figures and timescales are an invitation to discuss an engagement. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises until a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.
3. No legal advice, and no regulated activity
These statements are also in our Website Disclaimer. They are repeated here because they are terms of the contract on which you use this site, not merely a notice.
- We are not a law firm and do not practise law. Nothing on this site, and nothing said in an initial discussion, is legal advice. Where a matter requires a legal opinion, it must come from qualified counsel admitted in the relevant jurisdiction, whom we can help you instruct.
- We are not a regulator, and we are not connected to any regulator. We have no authority over any application, and no influence on how any authority decides it.
- We are not a licensed financial institution and we do not, through this website, deal in or arrange deals in investments, advise on investments, or hold client money or client assets.
- Nothing here is tax, accounting or investment advice.
4. The contact form
The form asks for your name, surname, email address and message, and offers a company name and telephone number if you wish to give them. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Three things follow from sending it:
- Submitting the form does not create a client relationship, and does not oblige either of us to do anything. We become your adviser only when a written engagement letter is signed. Until then you are not a client and we owe you no duty of care in respect of your plans.
- What you send is not covered by legal professional privilege — we are not lawyers, so no such privilege can arise — and it is not confidential in the contractual sense until a confidentiality agreement or engagement letter says so. We will nonetheless treat your enquiry with discretion and will not share it outside the people who need to see it to answer you.
- Do not send sensitive material through the form. It is not a secure channel. Keep your message general. Do not send identity documents, passport or registration numbers, financial detail, or information about anyone’s criminal record or regulatory history. If an engagement begins we will tell you how to send that material securely.
You must give information that is accurate and your own to give. Do not submit anyone else’s personal details without their knowledge, and do not use the form to send advertising, bulk messages or anything unlawful. We may decline to respond to any enquiry, and we may block misuse of the form without notice.
5. Jurisdiction and licence information
The jurisdictions, licence categories, minimum capital, substance requirements and indicative timescales shown on this site are general information, current only as at the date shown, and subject to change without notice. Regulatory regimes change frequently, and a regulator may alter its requirements, its published timescales or its policy on new applications at any time.
Availability of any jurisdiction is indicative and always subject to eligibility, due diligence, and the applicable capital and substance requirements. Nothing on this site is a representation that a particular licence is available to you, or that any authority will accept an application.
Verify anything on which you intend to rely against the relevant regulator’s own current published requirements before acting.
6. Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not:
- copy, republish, sell, rent or sub-licence any part of the site;
- use it unlawfully or fraudulently, or in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system;
- scrape or data-mine the content, except for a search engine indexing public pages in the ordinary way; or
- use the jurisdiction and licence content to build a competing information product.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, in whole or part, without notice.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, layout, code, the jurisdiction and licence compilations, and the BrokLicense and Broktrading names, logos and wordmarks — is owned by Broktrading Ltd or licensed to it, and protected by copyright and trade mark law. Your use of the site grants you no right in any of it beyond section 6.
Names and marks of regulators, authorities and third-party firms are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners. Their appearance implies no endorsement of us by, or affiliation with, that body — and in the case of a regulator, expressly does not.
8. Client names and logos
Where a client is named or its logo shown, that is done with that client’s permission and indicates only that a commercial relationship has existed. It is not a recommendation of that firm and says nothing about its current regulatory standing or financial condition.
9. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care with the content of this site but give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or current. The site is provided “as is” and “as available”; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
10. Links
Links to other websites, including to regulators, are provided for information only. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content. You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully, but may not frame the site or imply an association or approval that does not exist.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, and so far as the law permits:
- we exclude all implied warranties, conditions and terms relating to this site and its content;
- we are not liable for loss of profit, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however arising; and
- our total liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to EUR 1,000.
This section governs your use of the website only. Where we act under a signed engagement letter, the liability provisions of that engagement govern our services and prevail over this section.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms by amending this page. The version in force is the one published when you use the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of the Republic of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction. This website is directed at businesses, and nothing in this clause removes any protection given to a consumer by the mandatory law of the country in which that consumer is resident.
